At Mallard Mover, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

We know duck hunters depend on their gear. If something isn't right with your Mallard Mover product, we'll work with you to make it right. Our goal is simple: quality products, fair policies, and customer service you can count on.

Returns

We accept returns of unused products within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, modification, or excessive wear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used in the field.
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship within one (1) year of the original purchase date, we will provide a replacement at no charge.

To request a replacement, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for the replacement process. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, accidents, or modifications to the product.

To request an exchange, please contact us and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is determined to be defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mallard Mover cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship within one (1) year of the original purchase date, we will replace the item at no charge. To initiate a replacement, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description and/or photos of the defect.
