Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
During peak hunting season, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Carrier
Mallard Mover ships orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, typical delivery times are:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (where available)
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (where available)
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping service
Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active within the USPS system.
Shipping Delays
Mallard Mover is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather events
- USPS service interruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our control
If your package appears delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first and contacting USPS directly for the most current status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of any damaged packaging or products (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
We will work with USPS or UPS to investigate and help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

At this time, Mallard Mover ships to addresses within the United States.
